  • Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:

    • Undergarments or personal items for hygiene reasons.
    • Custom or personalized items.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Customer Support: Contact us at support@miazajfashioin.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive Return Instructions: Our support team will provide instructions, including the return address.
  3. Ship the Item: Pack it securely and return it to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Miazaj Fashion is not responsible for lost packages.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

  • Size & Color Exchanges: If you need a different size or color, contact us within 30 days of your order date. We’ll gladly exchange your item, subject to availability.
  • Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us immediately. We’ll provide a replacement at no extra cost.

Important Notes

  • Processing Time: Exchange items are processed once the original item is received and inspected. Allow up to 7-10 business days for exchanges to be completed.
